Biography
Holistix.space is a project set up by Swiss-Indian founder Shaz, whose personal quest to improve her well-being pushed her to discover many facets of healing and health; from Reiki to nutrition, from meditation to forest bathing, from cold-water swimming to daily gratitude, from energy medicine to shamanism. With a background in art and design, she was able to apply her analytical, creative and inquisitive approach to overcome her own health issues using information outside the traditional medical model.
Inspired to help others and to share her knowledge, she has been providing Reiki and other therapy sessions for over 10 years, and seeks to continuously expand her toolkit to assist people.
Based in Switzerland, Shaz is available for online consultations (via Zoom) with clients worldwide as well as in-person sessions. She is also dedicated to putting clients in touch with other therapists through her network of contacts.
